M-Bodied® Practices Help You to Reclaim Intuitive Movement and Feed Your Deeper Hungers

Did you know that an embryo attaches to a yolk sac for nourishment before the placenta forms? And — How can we use this information in a body-based way to reclaim our intuitive movement and feed our deeper hungers?

"Sacred place is an absolute necessity for anybody today. You must have a room, or a certain hour or so a day, where you don’t know what was in the newspapers that morning, you don’t know who your friends are, you don’t know what you owe anybody, you don’t know what anybody owes to you. This is a place where you can simply experience and bring forth what you are and what you might be. This is the place of creative incubation. At first you may find that nothing happens there. But if you have a sacred place and use it, something eventually will happen.” - Joseph Campbell

M-Bodied: Mindful Movement as Mothering Medicine® teaches that if someone is missing deep nourishment, go back to that place of creative incubation, of sacred space, originally, from the notochord, as well as from the yolk sac and back body into the amniotic cavity (amnion). This is reconnecting with your core, your center, where you can rediscover how to move and feed yourself from the inside-out.

M-Bodied® teaches the full practice Deep Nourishment Core Awareness, a Navel Radiation practice, as a symbolic relational redo to lay the foundation to heal, discharge what doesn't belong, and expand from the inside-out. Going back to beginning of of our developmental journey, to cells forming protection, offers a practice to re-experience Ideal Spaciousness and Mothering.

M-Bodied offers practices that are relational, trauma-sensitive, polyvagal-informed and attachment-based. Any introductions or brief summaries of practices are meant to serve as samples, as tastes, of the practices that deserve taking time being explored in relationship with a trained M-Bodied professional.
