A Movement Meditation for 2024
Merge myth with movement as a creative embodiment practice.
Make meaning by exploring storytelling and body wisdom.
Honor your instincts and urges as developmental movement expression.
Strengthen your intuition & deepen your self support.
Clairify your space v. their space for healthier relational dances.
Mobilize energy from feeling stuck to feeling satisfied.
Join Caroline Gebhardt, LPC, RSME/T, a somatic movement therapist and educator, to explore how myth and movement can be healing by embodying developmental patterning, mindful relational dances and nervous system science.
Using relational and developmental practices from the trauma healing method Chi for Two®, along with studying the fairy tale “Vasalisa the Wise,” participants will be invited into energetic dances that offer an expanded capacity for nervous system regulation and a robust quality of embodied living as a New Year’s movement meditation.
